Programmatic Campaign Operations Specialist / Trader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Develop campaigns, line items, targeting frameworks, and campaign elements within designated DSPs

• Manage the trafficking of creative assets and third-party tags

• Conduct pre-launch quality assurance for campaigns

• Oversee daily monitoring of campaign pacing and delivery

• Detect and escalate pacing or delivery risks before they become visible to clients

• Implement routine optimizations and approved changes to campaigns within set guidelines

• Resolve issues related to campaigns, creatives, targeting, and activation

• Refer complex technical problems to the Senior Programmatic Operations Lead

• Keep precise campaign records, naming conventions, and change logs

• Supply screenshots, compliance documents, and campaign data as needed

• Assist in the campaign closeout, reconciliation, and reporting procedures

• Execute tasks accurately across a high volume of campaigns and line items

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of practical experience in digital or programmatic campaign execution

• Direct experience in building and managing campaigns within at least one major DSP

• Ability to quickly learn and work across additional platforms

• Excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable handling repetitive, high-volume campaign production where precision is essential

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets

• Familiarity with working from insertion orders, build sheets, and campaign specifications

• Strong written communication skills

• Disciplined in escalation and issue management

• Preferred familiarity with DV360, Basis, Simpli.fi, Amazon DSP, Meta, YouTube, VAST and ad-server tags, PMP deals, verification tools, CTV/OTT, online video, or agency/managed-service campaign operations
