Business Insights and Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Assist various teams within the organization with on-demand analytical and data inquiries by extracting, manipulating, and organizing data to address business queries.

• Provide analytical support to the Product, Acquisition, Promotions, and Customer Support teams regarding player behavior, product performance, campaigns, promotions, and operational activities.

• Aid in assessing the ROI and overall effectiveness of campaigns, promotions, initiatives, and product modifications.

• Analyze trends and create concise summaries, reports, and simplified dashboards that convert data into actionable insights.

• Transform stakeholder inquiries into suitable analyses and leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity and expedite analytical tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a solid confidence in data manipulation.

• Proficient understanding of SQL.

• Competent in Excel or spreadsheet applications.

• Capability to convert business inquiries into analyses and articulate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Keen attention to detail.

• A strong sense of commercial curiosity.

• Ability to validate data and results.

• Openness to learning new tools and technologies, including the use of AI for analysis, research, reporting, and productivity enhancement.

• Flexible and comfortable in supporting a diverse array of teams and business queries.

• Experience working in both analytics and operational support roles.

• Previous experience in an analyst, business analyst, operations analyst, or a similar position.

• Familiarity with poker, online gaming terminology, and player behavior.

• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or comparable platforms.
