This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Quality Assurance, IT, internal tooling, and Security operations.
• Develop and implement QA strategies, establish quality metrics, and embed quality throughout the development cycle.
• Enhance test automation and refine CI/CD quality gates.
• Assess and integrate AI-assisted testing tools for generation, upkeep, and triage.
• Mentor QA, IT, and Security team members, develop career pathways, and recruit additional expertise.
• Modernize internal tools and processes, automate repetitive tasks, manage the SaaS portfolio, and consolidate vendors to minimize expenses.
• Define IT SLAs, create self-service resources, and maintain documentation.
• Take charge of the security roadmap encompassing application, infrastructure, corporate/endpoint security, and vendor risk.
• Develop security policies, training programs, vulnerability management strategies, and incident response protocols.
• Act as the escalation contact for security incidents, leading response efforts, communications, and postmortem analyses.
• Formulate strategy, oversee outcomes, assess test architecture, scrutinize vendor renewals, and guide incident reviews.
• Conduct a technical evaluation during the panel interview.
• 10+ years of experience in technology roles.
• 5+ years of experience in leadership positions.
• Direct leadership experience in at least two of QA, IT, or Security, with substantial knowledge of the third.
• Proven experience in transforming manual, ad hoc, or reactive technology operations into automated, structured, and proactive systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of test automation, CI/CD integration, quality metrics, agile product development, and AI-assisted testing.
• Practical AWS experience and adequate infrastructure knowledge to make QA, IT, and Security decisions.
• Solid foundation in IAM/SSO, MDM, SaaS administration, network security tools, and IT budget management.
• Familiarity with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium frameworks.
• Technical expertise to evaluate architecture and mentor the team.
• Strong judgment in build-vs-buy decisions, vendor selection, and resource prioritization.
• Capability to articulate technical risks, trade-offs, and decisions to both executives and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete the E-Verify process.
