Program Specialist – Workforce Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct engaging, high-quality live and virtual training sessions for a variety of audiences.

• Partner in the creation and customization of innovative educational materials that showcase Lyra's thought leadership with clarity, clinical precision, and evidence-based insights.

• Act as an internal subject matter expert by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Evaluate externally facing documents for clarity and clinical accuracy.

• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new presenters and facilitators.

• Lead training sessions for prominent organizations.

• Contribute to the expansion of the presenter and facilitator program.

• Transform evidence-based mental health promotion and workplace wellness concepts into engaging, accessible educational content.

⛳️ Requirements

• A graduate degree (MA, MS, MSW, PhD, or PsyD) in clinical, organizational, or counseling psychology, public health, health promotion, or clinical social work.

• Proficiency in mental health promotion, workplace wellness, and/or corporate mental health.

• Exceptional public speaking and facilitation abilities.

• Capability to clearly communicate research-supported best practices, interventions, skills, and tools.

• Experience in developing engaging psychoeducational content for live presentations and written formats.

• Proven professional experience consulting with internal and external stakeholders as a mental health subject matter expert.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary colleagues and designers during content creation.

• Flexibility and adaptability in meeting strict writing deadlines.

• Familiarity with corporate webinar platforms, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, BlueJeans, and Cisco Webex.

• Preferred: experience supervising and providing constructive feedback to clinicians, consultants, or instructors.
