Program Specialist, Technical Assistance Intake

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate program activities that align with strategic objectives, including daily operations, project management, and cross-departmental collaboration.

• Act as a point of contact for OCHIN members, clients, and partners.

• Deliver clear, prompt, customer-focused communication regarding program initiatives, updates, and engagement opportunities.

• Investigate, suggest, and apply enhancements based on industry best practices and performance metrics.

• Offer critical analysis and insights to improve program efficiency and increase member value.

• Develop and sustain program documentation, reports, dashboards, presentations, and various visual materials.

• Assist with internal and external communications, learning initiatives, and decision-making processes.

• Travel to member organizations for on-site Go Live assistance as dictated by business needs.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

• Completion of a mandatory 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview.

• Ability to work independently and effectively from a home office setting.

• Capability to maintain a distraction-free work environment.

• Willingness to travel nationally as per business requirements, potentially up to 20%.
