Program Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in identifying future prospects within complex, mission-critical programs

• Work in collaboration with entities across the defense, energy, and aerospace sectors

• Involve yourself in activities related to scheduling and project controls

• Take part in schedule risk assessments and Earned Value Management (EVM)

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and sustaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)

• Expertise in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Open Plan, or comparable scheduling software

• Solid understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM)

• Background in conducting schedule analysis and health evaluations

• Familiarity with project controls, program controls, or planning operations

• Comprehensive knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS) principles

• Experience in supporting engineering, technical, governmental, energy, defense, aerospace, or large-scale capital initiatives

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

• Capacity to work independently while also collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
