This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist the Program Risk Manager in the domain of Program Risk Management.

• Create risk management strategies and processes tailored for the Program and Projects.

• Formulate and structure risk mitigation plans.

• Establish tracking systems to assess the efficacy of risk management efforts.

• Aid in the implementation and upkeep of the program's risk management service framework.

• Identify and manage program risks within the scope of responsibility.

• Skillfully conduct risk interviews and facilitate workshops.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional managers, project managers, and engineers.

• Support the formulation of program-specific risk management strategies.

• Organize and lead Construction risk mitigation meetings.

• Examine program documentation, evaluate program data, and develop Program and Project Risk Registers.

• Create quantitative integrated cost and schedule Program risk models utilizing risk software.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 2 years of relevant experience or a demonstrated equivalent in experience and/or education.

• A University Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience in Construction Management, Program Management, and/or Risk Assessments.

• An M.A.Sc. or M.B.A. degree in Civil Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a similar area is highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in conducting quantitative and qualitative cost/schedule risk assessments within Construction Management, Civil Engineering, and Program and Project Management.

• Knowledge of Monte Carlo simulation and experience with relevant software, such as @Risk, Acumen, ARM, and InEight, is beneficial.
