This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +8 more states.
• Develop all communications that facilitate marketing campaigns, including emails, community posts, social media posts, website pages, advertisements, and more.
• Create visually appealing assets for each initiative, such as email banners, social media graphics, website layouts, landing pages, and registration forms.
• Support the successful implementation of solicitation-specific collaboration tools to link members and prospects with complementary technological capabilities.
• Configure the technical setup for each campaign and assist in managing the MarTech stack.
• Generate opportunity target lists utilizing SBIR/GovWin or other supplementary research methods.
• Conduct direct market outreach (Sequences, DM, Phone Call) to spark interest in opportunities and collect survey responses, documenting member feedback in HubSpot.
• Provide customer support by addressing all incoming inquiries from customers and prospects.
• Maintain task updates in Monday.com and assist the Program Marketing leads with their delegated requirements.
• Organize, manage, and support NSTXL OTA events, including virtual and/or in-person webinars, tradeshows, conferences, industry days, design sprints, one-on-one meetings, Project TALX, Innovator NETWORX, and other customer events.
• Represent NSTXL OTAs at project-specific events to ensure that all event requirements and logistics are adequately addressed.
• Assist with all marketing strategies as outlined in the NSTXL OTA Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Contribute to reporting metrics that will be presented to government clients.
• Make continuous adjustments to enhance campaigns and conduct A/B testing for improved performance.
• Cultivate and establish strong relationships with NSTXL members and potential members during NSTXL events.
• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or a related field of study/experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a marketing or communications position.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong work ethic, characterized by a commitment to integrity.
• Reliable and deadline-driven, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal and external team members.
• Proficiency in technology and the ability to quickly and efficiently learn new programs is essential.
• Self-driven and team-oriented, willing to assist with projects when needed.
• Openness to feedback, adaptability to change, and comfort in asking questions.
