Program Manager, Trust Infrastructure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Manage strategic partnerships with trust, identity, and infrastructure affiliates throughout Europe, encompassing onboarding, governance, operational performance, and commercial alignment.

• Oversee intricate customer implementations that involve digital identity, trust, and verification capabilities.

• Develop documentation, playbooks, and operating systems that facilitate efficient scaling of the business.

• Convert evolving regulatory and ecosystem changes into actionable strategies with designated owners and timelines.

• Advocate for Persona within emerging identity ecosystems and strategic industry initiatives.

• Streamline fragmented workstreams into cohesive programs with defined accountability and transparency.

• Discover opportunities to automate, productize, or simplify operational workflows.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success, and external partners to launch new capabilities in the market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in program management, product management, partnerships, operations, or a related field.

• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex topics in a clear manner.

• Experience engaging with external partners, vendors, or strategic relationships.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments where established processes may not exist.

• Strong organizational and execution capabilities without being excessively process-oriented.

• Proficiency with AI tools and a history of leveraging them to enhance research, communication, analysis, or execution.

• A product-oriented mindset that seeks opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale operations.
