This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee the delivery of intricate telecom and network technology programs, managing several interconnected projects within the designated domain.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams, including network engineering, IT, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• The employee may supervise contractors or external project leaders executing projects within the program, ensuring alignment with program objectives, timelines, and delivery standards.
• Create and sustain integrated project plans that encompass scope, schedules, dependencies, and sequencing across various projects.
• Establish and oversee program governance, ensuring uniform delivery standards and rhythm across all program projects.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies at both the program and project levels, facilitating timely mitigation and escalation when required.
• Enhance resource allocation and capacity planning throughout program workstreams.
• Track financial performance at the program and project levels, including budgets, forecasts, and funding alignment.
• Ensure clear communication regarding program status, timelines, impacts, and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
• Verify that programs fulfill operational readiness criteria and assist in the transition to production and field teams.
• Align program outcomes with strategic objectives, ensuring that benefits realization is monitored and reported.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of five (5) years of project or program management experience in telecommunications, technology, or a related area.
• Proven track record in leading multi-project programs or intricate technology initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, platforms, and telecom environments.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline to ambiguous or complex initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical information and convey it to business stakeholders.
