This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive project management for crucial People Team initiatives, such as the annual engagement survey, monthly pulse assessments, annual performance review cycle, quarterly check-ins, and interim evaluations.
• Collaborate and partner with essential stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of HR programs.
• Assess program effectiveness by utilizing data-driven insights, employee feedback, and survey metrics to foster continuous improvement.
• Create and implement clear, cohesive communication strategies across the organization in collaboration with the Chief People Officer and People Team Leadership.
• Work with the Communications team to enhance talking points, craft executive messages, and optimize current communication channels.
• Maintain the Atlas Manager Hub, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), toolkits, and leadership resources.
• Co-design and facilitate Manager Roundtables and the Managing@Aledade Program in partnership with Learning & Development.
• Develop and uphold the annual People Strategy Roadmap, establishing KPIs and monitoring milestones.
• Track progress towards strategic objectives and deliver transparent reporting along with regular performance updates to People Team leaders.
• Conduct quarterly strategy review meetings and promote alignment during annual planning cycles.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, focusing on project/program management or serving as an HR Business Partner.
• Capability to think strategically and convert business and initiative strategies into effective, audience-focused, and data-driven people and communication programs and tactics.
• Proficiency in handling sensitive information with the necessary discretion and oversight.
• Exceptional project management abilities, encompassing project and milestone definition and oversight, proactive stakeholder engagement/guidance, and metrics definition/tracking.
• Strong writing skills with a storytelling approach to communication; adept at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Ability to effectively collaborate and partner within a matrixed organization.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and quality.
• A team player who thrives in close collaboration with others and can adapt to shifting priorities across multiple projects daily.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
• PMP certification.
• Previous experience with CultureAmp, UKG, and Monday.com.
• Capability to sit for extended periods. Frequent use of computers and keyboards; occasional walking and lifting may be necessary.
