This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the integrated plan that encompasses product, go-to-market (GTM), regulatory, and bank setup workstreams.
• Develop and implement the program's governance framework, including steering committees, working groups, decision logs, risk registers, and reporting schedules.
• Convert strategic goals into actionable milestones and translate those milestones into weekly activities for a cross-functional team.
• Facilitate disciplined prioritization amidst competing demands within a small, senior team.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leaders to sustain an integrated roadmap for stablecoin and banking capabilities, which includes wallet functionality, issuance, custody, reserve management, and cross-border payment use cases.
• Monitor milestones, interdependencies, and launch readiness throughout the discovery, build, pilot, and general availability phases.
• Conduct program rituals that ensure product delivery aligns with commercial commitments and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the program strategy for stablecoin GTM, covering segmentation, pricing, packaging, partnership development, sales enablement, and launch sequencing.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Product Marketing to guarantee that messaging, collateral, training, and commercial readiness are established ahead of each launch.
• Maintain oversight of pipeline, pilots, and initial commercial KPIs — identifying successes, challenges, and areas requiring leadership focus.
• Manage the integrated plan for PDB throughout the charter approval process and operational launch.
• Coordinate workstreams that involve executive hiring, governance and policy development, technology and operations readiness, risk and compliance program design, and management of external advisors.
• Ensure that commercial and product plans are sequenced accurately in relation to charter and regulatory dependencies.
• Oversee the operating rhythm and content flow for PDB board and committee interactions.
• Handle agendas, pre-read materials, and follow-up actions; collaborate with executive leadership to refine narratives and decisions needed.
• Monitor board commitments and guarantee timely, high-quality completions.
• Create executive-level communications for the CCO, CEO, board, and partner stakeholders, simplifying technical, regulatory, and commercial complexities into clear narratives regarding progress, risks, and required decisions.
• 7 to 10 years of experience encompassing consulting, project/program management, and operational roles within an organization creating new initiatives, including at least 3 years managing intricate cross-functional programs across product, commercial, and operational workstreams.
• Proven success in delivering programs that include product launches, GTM execution, and operational readiness in a dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and the discretion to apply the appropriate approach for various tasks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — equally adept at crafting board pre-reads and concise executive updates, including experience in preparing materials for executive and board presentations.
• Proficiency in program management and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms).
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related discipline.
