This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Independently define, design, deliver, and refine high-priority global initiatives that target SA's most strategic goals, owning the outcomes from start to finish with minimal supervision.
β’ Collaborate with SA leadership and SA Enablement to establish and expand repeatable frameworks and shared standards of pre-sales excellence by segment and motion, promoting adoption through manager training and coaching.
β’ Leverage data to pinpoint organizational gaps, prioritize programs, evaluate impact, and build a case for investment or change in collaboration with SA leadership and cross-functional partners.
β’ Oversee change management planning and execution for organization-wide initiatives β including communication, enablement, and operational rigor β ensuring that SA managers and individual contributors effectively adopt new behaviors over the long term.
β’ Navigate competing priorities across a wide GTM stakeholder landscape β including Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Developer Relations, and Channel partners β to align cross-functional teams around initiatives that yield measurable improvements in SA effectiveness and user impact.
β’ Serve as a resource and thought partner to SA leadership and peers, sharing insights, identifying and escalating risks early, and enhancing the overall standard for program design and change management within the organization.
β’ 7+ years of experience in GTM program management, business operations, management consulting, or a related field.
β’ Demonstrated success in independently managing complex, cross-functional global programs from scoping through delivery in dynamic and unclear environments.
β’ Strong data fluency β capable of synthesizing information from various sources, developing independent hypotheses, and translating insights into clear decisions and recommendations for senior audiences.
β’ Proven experience leading change management initiatives for large organizations, including communication planning, stakeholder alignment, and adoption measurement.
β’ Proficient in influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority at all levels, from individual contributors to executives.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; consistently maintains a high standard for clarity, conciseness, and audience-appropriate framing.
