This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Develop, enhance, and sustain commission plans that are in line with shifting business priorities and sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Finance, and HR to ensure that compensation frameworks promote desired behaviors and support company objectives.
• Model plan scenarios, evaluate financial implications, and propose innovative solutions that balance motivation with cost considerations.
• Conduct regular assessments to determine plan efficacy and suggest enhancements based on performance metrics and market dynamics.
• Create and sustain scalable workflows, documentation, and controls to facilitate audit-ready commission operations.
• Address discrepancies, manage exceptions, and resolve representative inquiries promptly and clearly.
• Act as the main point of contact for commission-related inquiries across Sales, Finance, People, and Revenue Operations.
• Organize training sessions, develop enablement materials, and prepare rollout documentation for new or revised plans.
• Persuade stakeholders through compelling storytelling, data insights, and well-considered recommendations.
• Identify process deficiencies and implement solutions to enhance plan governance, analytical capabilities, and representative experience.
• Remain informed about industry best practices for sales compensation and propose innovative, strategic ideas.
• Over 7 years of experience supporting a customer-facing organization.
• More than 5 years in a role focused on operations, analysis, or strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Capability to independently manage multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, make recommendations and decisions, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Proficiency in interacting with all organizational levels and across diverse cultures.
• Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
