This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the execution of various Sales Excellence initiatives (such as segmentation, CRM, forecasting, business planning, and incentive programs).
β’ Develop and sustain project plans, schedules, and critical milestones.
β’ Collaborate with project teams from Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Analytics to ensure cohesive alignment.
β’ Monitor progress, recognize risks, and promote solutions to keep projects on schedule.
β’ Conduct regular updates and deliver clear, concise reports to leadership.
β’ Guarantee consistent implementation and accountability throughout all workstreams.
β’ Facilitate the rollout and adoption of new tools, processes, and operational models within the field.
β’ Discover opportunities for process enhancement and promote continuous improvement.
β’ 8 - 10+ years of experience in program or project management.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple intricate initiatives simultaneously.
β’ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
β’ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Capacity to influence others and foster alignment without direct authority.
