This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and direct the BGT portfolio to ensure that organizational transformation initiatives align with the organization's strategic priorities.
• Manage the complete implementation of organizational transformation programs, including planning, execution, risk and issue management, dependency management, budget oversight, stakeholder engagement, and the realization of key program goals.
• Collaborate closely with transformation sponsors, workstream leaders, and cross-functional teams to integrate various workstreams and develop a unified roadmap to achieve program objectives and ensure successful adoption.
• Handle vendor coordination and governance, including daily relationship management with consulting partners.
• Deliver regular written and verbal updates to senior leadership, workstream leaders, and stakeholders regarding program progress, key performance indicators, and identified risks.
• Minimum of 8 years of program management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating multiple concurrent initiatives or portfolios.
• At least five years of direct management experience supervising project managers or in a comparable role.
• Program management (PgM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or equivalent qualifications.
• Scrum Master certification (Certified Scrum Master, CSM), SAFe certification, and Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe, PMI-ACP).
• Proficient in project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Planner, Jira, or other leading platforms.
• Experience in managing portfolio budgets exceeding $10 million.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in managing external consulting partners (e.g., Big 4 firms).
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory for this position.
