Associate Director, Program Management Office – Digital Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Oversee the formulation and implementation of comprehensive digital optimization strategies across the enterprise in collaboration with Digital Transformation (DT) leaders and subject matter experts.

• Assess existing DT services against industry standards and best practices, identifying areas for modernization and improved efficiency.

• Recognize digital requirements across various functions, propose innovative service offerings, and create detailed business cases to obtain backing and investment from senior leadership.

• Ensure all initiatives adhere to the RTX Enterprise Program Management (REPM) framework and maintain rigorous milestone planning.

• Identify and utilize interdependencies across programs to enhance synergy, streamline execution, and achieve efficiency improvements.

• Actively evaluate program risks, formulate contingency plans, and implement timely corrective measures to manage scope, schedule, or budget discrepancies.

• Undertake additional responsibilities related to the role as assigned.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%, or as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience, or 16 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree.

• Proven experience in developing digital strategies and executing DT services.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for high-level communication and analytical purposes.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
