This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
β’ Oversee the formulation and implementation of comprehensive digital optimization strategies across the enterprise in collaboration with Digital Transformation (DT) leaders and subject matter experts.
β’ Assess existing DT services against industry standards and best practices, identifying areas for modernization and improved efficiency.
β’ Recognize digital requirements across various functions, propose innovative service offerings, and create detailed business cases to obtain backing and investment from senior leadership.
β’ Ensure all initiatives adhere to the RTX Enterprise Program Management (REPM) framework and maintain rigorous milestone planning.
β’ Identify and utilize interdependencies across programs to enhance synergy, streamline execution, and achieve efficiency improvements.
β’ Actively evaluate program risks, formulate contingency plans, and implement timely corrective measures to manage scope, schedule, or budget discrepancies.
β’ Undertake additional responsibilities related to the role as assigned.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 10%, or as necessary.
β’ Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience, or 16 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree.
β’ Proven experience in developing digital strategies and executing DT services.
β’ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
β’ Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for high-level communication and analytical purposes.
β’ U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
