This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Real Property Support Services (RPSS) across various DoD organizations and installations.
• Manage program resources, including staffing, schedules, milestones, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Guarantee successful fulfillment of contractual obligations while upholding high quality standards, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Recognize and address program risks while implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and guide multidisciplinary teams engaged in real property management, audit readiness, facility planning, and infrastructure analysis.
• Act as the primary liaison between government stakeholders and contractor personnel.
• Ensure adherence to DoD real property policies, audit readiness requirements, and relevant regulations.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Over 10 years of experience in supporting two or more DoD Real Property Systems of Record (e.g., GFEBS, ePRISMS, ISR-I, RPLANS, PRIDE, ASIP, HQIIS, INFADS, MDI, BUILDER, GIS).
• A minimum of 5 years managing professional teams and complex programs.
• Proven experience in program planning and execution, resource management, schedule development, risk management, performance monitoring, and process enhancement.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English fluently.
• Must possess and maintain a favorable NACI Public Trust determination from the start of the contract through employment.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time (CT).
• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Real ID or Passport for commercial airfare travel.
• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.
