Program Manager, Prior Authorizations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing post-sales healthcare implementations.

• Facilitating the efficient transition of customers from contract signing to delivery within a complex framework.

• Handling multiple simultaneous implementations while coordinating cross-functional dependencies.

• Evaluating project, program, and operational data.

• Identifying the optimal resource allocation and project sequencing.

• Engaging with customers at both project and executive levels.

• Compiling and presenting program updates to stakeholders.

• Traveling to client locations as necessary (less than 25%).

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing multiple, intricate implementations and strategic initiatives within the healthcare sector.

• A background in healthcare is essential for consideration for this position.

• Technical proficiency.

• Familiarity with X12 and FHIR standards.

• Knowledge of prior authorization workflows.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience interacting directly with various levels of customers (from Project Managers to C-Level Executives).

• A demonstrated history of managing and influencing cross-functional teams (both technology and business).

• Proven political savvy and the ability to diplomatically address sensitive customer situations.

• Demonstrated capability to independently take ownership of active projects.
