This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain roadmaps that align the Vervent vision with the PMO programmatic strategy.
• Create and uphold program standards to be implemented at both the project and ticket levels.
• Manage the organization and scheduling of projects and tickets.
• Supervise project teams as an escalation point to guarantee that project objectives are achieved.
• Ensure that direct reports comply with standard operating procedures.
• Oversee resource allocation and manage change at the project level.
• Address risk mitigation and resolve interdependencies among projects and tickets within the program.
• Evaluate program-level performance and recommend as well as implement enhancements for time efficiency and cost reduction.
• Act as the administrator for project management software and enhance the ePMO’s utilization of this software.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5-7 years of experience managing a team.
• Proficient in leveraging data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Highly skilled in Excel and various Project Management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to all organizational levels.
• Results-driven individual with a proven history of delivering large, cross-functional projects on time for global stakeholders.
• Demonstrated analytical abilities, including business trend analysis and forecasting.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and capacity to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
• Capability to think strategically, foresee future trends, develop product roadmaps, and execute on those plans.
