This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the delivery of pharmacy solutions tailored for state Medicaid programs.
• Direct cross-functional initiatives for software implementation projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and align with business goals.
• Develop and nurture relationships with State Medicaid clients.
• Track progress towards business objectives and provide updates to management.
• Recognize and implement opportunities for process enhancements.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Medical Claims, PBM, and/or Pharmacy Solutions.
• At least 5 years of experience in Program Management for large software implementations.
• Practical experience in SDLC, Agile methodologies, MS Project, and various testing methodologies (SIT, UAT, Performance testing).
• Basic technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and hosting infrastructure.
