Program Manager – Pharmacy Benefits

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of comprehensive product solutions across various delivery domains.

• Supervise planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across multiple sectors.

• Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams throughout the implementation process.

• Collaborate with the Implementation Practice team to define the solution scope and required timelines, guiding all delivery teams in creating an integrated plan.

• Monitor solution gaps, advocate for ownership, and develop resolution strategies.

• Provide daily and weekly status updates to leadership and escalate any obstacles encountered.

• Organize working sessions to eliminate barriers.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations) to apply lessons learned and improve products.

• Troubleshoot issues and offer solutions during deployments or operational rollouts.

• Promote ongoing improvement in support processes.

• Assist in pre-sales deal analysis and cost estimation across delivery areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the Healthcare sector (Medicaid, Medicare, Pharmacy, etc.).

• At least 5 years of experience in Program Management for large software implementations.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple VPs and delivery areas.

• Experience in product lifecycle management and technical support, along with strong project management skills (planning, execution, stakeholder management).

• Capability to interpret technical concepts and a solid understanding of solution architecture.

• Background in product support and knowledge of Medicaid and Pharmacy operations, with familiarity in regulatory CMS requirements.
