This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Transform Stripe’s performance and talent philosophy into scalable, global initiatives.
• Collaborate with People Products, People Insights, Employee Relations, People Partners, and other teams to create clear and sustainable programs and systems.
• Propel and expand Stripe’s performance philosophy and practices.
• Design and enhance performance experiences that clarify expectations, foster feedback and growth, and encourage significant contributions.
• Advance performance and talent tools, systems, processes, and user journeys.
• Shape programs and insights that support career development, talent planning, succession, and investment in Stripe’s workforce.
• Lead intricate, cross-functional workstreams involving global stakeholders.
• Identify risks and dependencies, navigate through uncertainty, and facilitate critical decision-making.
• Define problem statements, collect qualitative and quantitative data, and refine strategy, programs, and execution.
• Coordinate interrelated teams and incorporate global perspectives into comprehensive experiences.
• Over 10 years of experience in developing and scaling global People or HR experiences.
• Proficiency in both process and product or systems design.
• Experience in managing complex programs in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
• Strong systems thinking related to people, processes, tools, policies, and organizational decisions.
• Capability to enhance workflows and processes using AI tools.
• Ability to establish trusted relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively across levels and functions.
• Skills in establishing clear decision-making and accountability frameworks.
• Methodical, data-driven problem solving utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data.
• High agency and sound judgment, including the ability to quickly identify opportunities or risks and escalate as necessary.

• Demonstrated curiosity, humility, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Preferred: experience in talent management, organizational development, leadership or executive development, talent operations, compensation, and benefits.

• Preferred: experience leading discussions regarding executive-level talent.
