This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide a smooth and high-quality experience for external partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for partner coordination and ongoing engagement.
• Lead the organization of meetings, including setting agendas, follow-ups, and establishing clear next steps.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with community partners, health plans, and providers.
• Ensure consistency and continuity in all interactions with partners.
• Foster alignment among teams to facilitate execution.
• Serve as the central coordination hub among Partnerships, Account Management, Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams.
• Ensure harmony between program objectives, stakeholder requirements, and internal priorities.
• Oversee dependencies and communication across various workstreams.
• Promote clarity, accountability, and follow-through among teams.
• Enhance visibility and decision-making through data analysis.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and usage within the Partnerships team.
• Ensure accurate tracking of partner activities, engagement, and outcomes.
• Utilize data to guide outreach prioritization and engagement strategies.
• Develop and present reporting and insights to aid team decision-making.
• Create scalable, efficient operational frameworks.
• Design and implement repeatable workflows for managing partnerships.
• Identify inefficiencies and spearhead improvements to optimize operations.
• Support automation and tools to minimize manual labor and enhance consistency.
• Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to facilitate scale and standardization across programs.
• Drive improved outcomes through insights and iterations.
• Monitor key program metrics and partnership performance.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to enhance execution.
• Transform insights into actionable recommendations.
• Continuously refine processes to boost team effectiveness and impact.
• 4–7 years of experience in program management, operations, partnerships, or customer success, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and drive cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), with a keen focus on data quality.
• Analytical mindset capable of translating data into actionable insights.
• Clear and professional communication skills with experience managing both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in California's behavioral health, public sector, or education systems is preferred.
