This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee the strategy and implementation of paid social campaigns for various clients, encompassing account strategy development, campaign setup, and overall management.
• Must possess hands-on experience in social media platforms managing paid campaigns including, but not limited to: LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Reddit, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.
• Evaluate campaign performance, including managing budget pacing.
• Build and nurture client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for communication, leading client meetings, providing updates, and delivering presentations.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and present data-driven recommendations that optimize current marketing and business strategies.
• Utilize statistical analysis to derive conclusions regarding marketing campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations.
• Demonstrate the ability to consistently perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment as part of a team.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects, driving them to completion, and achieving impactful results.
• Maintain and refine paid social campaigns along with comprehensive marketing reporting.
• Familiarity with social management tools such as Sprout and Falcon.io is a plus.
• Experience in multi-touchpoint attribution measurement is also advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in paid social marketing.
• Extensive experience managing campaigns on platforms including, but not limited to: LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Reddit, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, Pinterest.
• Proficient in analyzing paid campaign outcomes and formulating insights, recommendations, and optimizations.
• Experience in budget management against defined targets such as CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
• B2B experience is preferred, along with an understanding of sales lifecycle stages.
• Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
• Experience in providing creative direction for social channels in collaboration with design teams for full execution.
• Background in social media A/B testing.
• Advanced computer skills, with proven expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
