This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Identify avenues to enhance efficiency, elevate service levels, and ensure compliance with regulations and PA standards through improved, standardized operations and governance practices.
• Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on PA improvement opportunities, ensuring prioritization at the enterprise level, clear decision-making authority, and proper alignment of resources.
• Oversee multiple PA initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Facilitate structured PA governance cycles by guaranteeing that initiatives are assessed, prioritized, approved, and sequenced appropriately.
• Leverage corporate and industry-standard project management and governance tools to effectively manage PA initiatives.
• Maintain comprehensive and precise documentation for the PA program.
• Compile, format, and verify review packets and governance decision materials for leadership evaluation.
• Coordinate and validate inputs from market, clinical, and subject matter experts (SMEs) for PA governance materials.
• Collaborate with analytics, medical economics, and operations teams to analyze financial and operational claims data.
• Ensure that ad-hoc PA requests are logged, monitored, prioritized, and either executed or formally deferred.
• Maintain a centralized repository for PA documentation, serving as the definitive source for governance artifacts.
• Provide strong leadership and communicate the status of the PA program and governance to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional governance and working sessions to achieve enterprise objectives and meet stakeholder expectations.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to secure resources, address cross-functional dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in project implementation, product, or program management.
• Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management is preferred.
