• Oversee the comprehensive execution of the Contrail CMOU program, engaging with technical, operational, commercial, legal, and external stakeholder workstreams, while managing schedules, tracking actions, identifying risks, providing leadership updates, and overseeing budgets.
• Act as the main point of contact for airline partners on a daily basis, facilitating program management routines, decision-making processes, issue resolution, and ensuring alignment between customer and internal teams.
• Spearhead the implementation of dispatcher workflow standard operating procedures within airline OCC environments, offering on-site support during development, conducting shakedown trials, and monitoring initial stages to guarantee operational adoption and workflow efficiency.
• Enhance operational data integrity and readiness for monitoring, encompassing requirements for audit trails, reconciling pertinent flight planning and operational records, and taking corrective actions necessary to support validation and verification processes.
• Collaborate with airline stakeholders, technical collaborators, methodology specialists, legal advisors, commercial leaders, and independent assurance entities to facilitate certification, monitoring, verification, and milestone achievement related to issuance.
• Aid GE Aerospace in developing software solutions for UK and EU non-CO2 MRV requirements by managing interactions with regulatory stakeholders, consulting with airlines on implementation aspects, and coordinating with third-party verifiers regarding data access and verification necessities.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED paired with substantial relevant experience in program management, aviation operations, sustainability, carbon project development, software implementation, or related fields.
• Proven experience in leading intricate cross-functional programs that involve multiple stakeholders, dependencies, external partners, and deliverables aimed at customers.
• Familiarity with regulated programs, external assurance procedures, reporting frameworks, or operating environments driven by verification.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, with a talent for effectively engaging with executive stakeholders, operational staff, technical specialists, regulators, and external auditors.
• Openness and capability to travel both domestically and internationally, including extended stays at airline customer sites during critical program deployment and monitoring phases.
