Program Manager, Nearshore Sector – AEM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Establish and manage the program roadmap, define scope boundaries, set milestones, and outline success criteria throughout all phases of the migration.

• Serve as the sole accountable leader for delivery results, ensuring that time, quality, and value realization objectives are achieved.

• Facilitate collaboration among Managed Service Providers, Web Platform Teams, and various Business Units to ensure alignment.

• Guarantee that all platform foundations are future-ready by adhering to AEMaaCS best practices, EDS alignment, DevOps, and cloud security standards.

• Supervise budget, resource allocation, risk management, and dependency oversight, while promoting standardization for large-scale migrations.

• Manage executive reporting and communication with the steering committee to maintain transparency and strategic alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior Program Management Experience: Proven track record in leading complex, multi-vendor, and multi-site programs.

• AEM & Cloud Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of AEMaaCS / Cloud-first delivery, along with custom/third-party APIs and microservices.

• Migration & Change Management: Demonstrated experience in large-scale platform migrations and changes in organizational operating models.

• Agile Methodology: Strong background in Agile Scrum and hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and decision-making abilities, capable of navigating intricate business and IT landscapes.

• Strategic Vision: Proficient in defining clear scope and success criteria, validated at the executive level.

• Analytical Mindset: Emphasis on performance metrics, such as migration throughput, cost efficiency, and platform stability.

• Language: Proficient in English.
