This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main contact for the CrowdStrike Racing Team and its partners, overseeing daily operations, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Administer and allocate partnership assets (credentials, hospitality, access, and experiences) to facilitate effective activation at the track.
• Propel the execution of content and communications throughout the season, collaborating closely with social and communications teams to align with racing moments.
• Establish and nurture relationships with racing teams, rights holders (WEC, IMSA, SRO), circuits, agencies, and hospitality partners.
• Monitor and report on program performance, providing post-event recaps and insights.
• Take ownership of the complete delivery of VIP guest programs throughout the race calendar, including on-site execution.
• Spearhead the planning and execution of hospitality programs at U.S. and select international races.
• Create and deliver exceptional guest experiences, such as paddock access, pit tours, suites, and curated itineraries.
• Manage event logistics and operations, including suppliers, budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Oversee the development and delivery of essential program materials, including itineraries, briefing packs, reporting, and collateral.
• Collaborate across functions with sales, marketing, communications, legal, finance, procurement, and external partners to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Ensure all activities comply with contractual, financial, and regulatory standards.
• Lead broader race team initiatives and ad-hoc projects as necessary.
• Over 6 years of experience in partnerships, marketing operations, or program management within the sports, entertainment, or related sectors (either brand or agency side).
• Strong skills in program and project management, with a keen attention to detail and operational discipline.
• Experience in supporting or coordinating content and communications, including guest communications, event messaging, and post-event follow-ups.
• Proven track record in delivering complex, high-touch events and premium hospitality programs.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working cross-functionally and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently (20–30%), including race weekends, evenings, and international trips.
