This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main strategic advisor to clients, ensuring consulting solutions align with their business objectives.
• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of consulting projects across a variety of industries.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships, functioning as a trusted partner throughout the entire engagement process.
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within established accounts.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate communications at the executive level and manage stakeholder reporting.
• Supervise the financial performance of projects, including billing and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to uphold consistent delivery standards and ensure client satisfaction.
• Support clients in strategic transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to the creation of consulting methodologies, templates, and best practices.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic consulting and program management.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and contemporary project delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
• A solid technical background, including familiarity with Microsoft technologies and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience in managing project financials, encompassing budgets, forecasting, and milestone-based funding.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with all levels of an organization.
• Ability to convert complex technical and business concepts into clear, actionable plans and insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Microsoft Project.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification, or equivalent project management education is preferred.
