Program Manager IV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead extensive, cross-functional projects aimed at implementation or process enhancement.

• Collaborate with organizational leaders to realign and restructure team members.

• Supervise program planning, management, and execution, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

• Develop detailed timelines and guarantee that deliverables meet project management standards.

• Coordinate with project managers and business analysts overseeing individual workgroups.

• Construct executive-level dashboards and provide updates on project status.

• Partner with teams to generate reports for ongoing analytics following implementation.

• Develop and present best-practice guidelines and training content.

• Collaborate with the training team to create and evaluate training materials.

• Prepare and present documentation for Program Steering Committees and the Executive team.

• Evaluate program risks and escalate issues to leadership as necessary.

• Manage risk, budget forecasts, dependencies, and associated areas.

• Conduct strategic analyses of business and operational opportunities.

• Act as the primary escalation point for project-related issues and risks.

• Resolve challenges with project teams and formulate risk mitigation strategies.

• Communicate effectively about business and technology challenges and their solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 8 years of Program or Project Management experience is required.

• Experience as a functional-area lead overseeing cross-functional teams on large projects, or possessing supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work, and managing staff is required.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools is required.

• Experience in healthcare and/or managed care is preferred.

• Strong preference for candidates who have led end-to-end enterprise initiatives supporting Duals, D-SNP, Medicare, or Medicaid programs.

• Preference for candidates with experience in managed healthcare operations, including system implementations/migrations, claims, enrollment, and provider setup.

• PMP or PgMP certification is preferred.

• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future is required.
