Program Manager – Infrastructure, Network Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage projects centered on infrastructure and networking from inception to completion.

• Facilitate collaboration across various factory, infrastructure, and security teams.

• Oversee dependencies among multiple concurrent projects, often in partnership with other Project Managers.

• Serve as a primary point of coordination between stakeholders in networking, security, and infrastructure.

• Ensure that project plans incorporate network and security change requirements.

• Monitor progress, risks, and problems, ensuring prompt escalation when necessary.

• Foster communication between technical and non-technical teams.

• Assist with governance, reporting, and stakeholder updates at the program level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in infrastructure and/or networking projects.

• Practical experience in coordinating a team of 10 or more engineers and/or security experts.

• Strong expertise in managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously.

• Experience in complex technical environments, including networks, hardware, factories, and security.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level (C1 or above).

• Comprehensive understanding of network and security principles, including network architecture and connectivity concepts.

• Knowledge of security controls, access management, and change management processes.

• Capable of translating technical subjects into coherent project plans and communications.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and effective communication.

• Ability to navigate complexity, dependencies, and competing priorities.

• Proactive, organized, and focused on delivery.

• Familiar with project and program management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar).

• Knowledgeable in reporting and tracking tools for multi-project settings.

• Nice to have: Experience utilizing AI tools in daily workflows.
