This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversees a variety of intricate, cross-functional, and technical projects.
• Collaborates with functional teams throughout the initiation, planning, design, procurement, deployment, and post-deployment stages.
• Accountable for monitoring and tracking program milestones, timelines, and overall outcomes.
• Involved in developing and maintaining detailed project documentation, including schedules, reviews, process documents, risk assessments, and more.
• Establishes project scope and objectives, engaging all pertinent stakeholders while ensuring technical viability.
• Facilitates the project lifecycle milestones from concept commitment to project closure, promoting change management.
• Utilizes metrics and KPIs to evaluate project performance through appropriate tools and techniques, providing consistent status updates.
• Responsible for enhancing internal processes; addressing gaps across various teams and functions.
• Ensures risks are identified and devises risk mitigation strategies.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for vendor partners and internal stakeholders regarding projects.
• Organizes and supports regularly scheduled meetings with core teams.
• Assesses post-project outcomes against metrics; suggests or implements modifications to enhance delivery practices and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Engages with senior internal and external personnel in their area of expertise.
• Exhibits sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for problem-solving.
• Experience collaborating with project management teams, addressing conflicts, and adhering to schedule timelines.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, documentation).
• Capable of managing multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
• Self-motivated individual who can quickly adapt to new tools and processes with minimal guidance.
• Extensive experience in creating spreadsheets, presentation materials, and project/process documentation.
• Strong observational and analytical abilities, including the capacity to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of information, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to track and report metrics and manage risks.
• Proven aptitude for collaborating with stakeholders and communicating project updates to client executives.
• Knowledge of various project management methodologies.
• Must be capable of performing office-related tasks, which may involve prolonged sitting or standing.
• Must be able to navigate within an office environment.
• Must possess the ability to use a computer.
• Must have effective communication skills.
• Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
