Program Manager – Health Systems

📋 Description

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to gain insights into customer requirements and current clinical workflows.

• Analyze and assess existing processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement and efficiency improvements.

• Create tailored workflow solutions for designated healthcare settings.

• Implement Linus Health products and services effectively.

• Oversee customer satisfaction following the sale.

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and Statement of Work requirements.

• Facilitate the adoption of digital cognitive assessments among physicians, nurses, and medical assistants.

• Develop and execute change management strategies.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.

• Keep abreast of advancements in cognitive assessments and their clinical applications.

• Cultivate an understanding of Linus's Clinical Pathways and promote their utilization.

• Propel workflow modifications by illustrating value to clinical stakeholders.

• Act as a subject matter expert regarding clients' clinical requirements.

• Simplify complex clinical concepts for non-clinical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with sales, technology, and product development teams.

• Engage with customers during implementation and post-account management to enhance utilization.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, needs assessments, proposed solutions, and implementation strategies.

• Produce progress reports, identify trends, and suggest process improvements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related discipline; advanced degrees (e.g., MSN, MD) are preferred.

• Significant clinical experience in a healthcare environment.

• Strong grasp of workflows for physicians, nurses, and medical assistants.

• Familiarity with digital cognitive assessments or similar healthcare technologies is advantageous.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to establish strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

• Willingness to travel as required to client locations, estimated at up to 50% travel.
