Program Manager – Government and Public Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Manage the execution and administration of programs.

• Lead teams while overseeing resource management.

• Create and track work plans.

• Maintain quality control and effective financial management.

• Serve as the point of contact with the Contracting Officer.

• Address both technical and personnel challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in developing countries.

• Expertise in energy and extractives sectors.

• Exceptional leadership and coordination capabilities.

• An advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) is mandatory for the Program Manager position.

• Proficiency in advanced project management.

• Skills in budgeting and financial oversight.

• Experience in stakeholder engagement.

• Ability to resolve conflicts effectively.

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.

• Technical proficiency in energy and extractives.
