Program Manager, Federal Financial Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage a high-performing team of over 50 professionals in the complete delivery of interface design and data migration, ensuring the effective transfer of legacy data to a secure, Azure-based SaaS platform.

• Act as the main liaison between government leadership and technical teams, adeptly navigating complex Agile environments (SAFe) to ensure that performance, quality, and schedule goals are consistently achieved.

• Develop and implement the Program Management Plan, establishing resource controls and risk mitigation strategies essential for maintaining a consistent delivery rhythm across multiple implementation phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing the implementation of CGI Momentum at a federal agency.

• Demonstrated success in directing programs with over 50 team members, particularly in overseeing complex data migration and interface workstreams.

• At least 15 years of industry experience in Financial Management Systems (FMS), with a strong understanding of federal accounting and acquisition regulations.

• Significant experience leading projects within a SAFe or Lean-Agile framework, including proficiency with tools like Jira or Agility to monitor scrum team capacity and velocity.
