This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Transform build strategies into weekly operational plans, prioritized initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
• Enhance disciplined reporting by facilitating structured updates on completed work, upcoming tasks, and support requirements.
• Clearly convey program insights to leadership and execution teams using detailed funnel and milestone data.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment among engineering, permitting, and construction through regular touchpoints.
• Aid in sequencing and prioritization to optimize throughput while considering resource, vendor, and permitting limitations.
• Validate planning inputs, including force-to-load assumptions, design readiness, and CPP indicators.
• Develop readiness checklists to guarantee seamless transitions between design, permitting, and construction phases.
• Analyze forecast results against annual ready-for-sale objectives and identify necessary levers to bridge any gaps.
• Identify high-cost or high-risk build segments early on and collaborate with engineering and design to explore alternatives.
• Monitor milestones across numerous projects, highlighting risks associated with delays in engineering work in progress, permitting backlogs, or construction readiness.
• Maintain insight into the build funnel, including bottlenecks, aging tasks, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Collaborate with engineering, permitting, and construction leaders to eliminate blockers.
• Support the development and structure of the MDU program, including intake processes, workflows, and turn-up activities.
• Identify MDU opportunities that can deliver rapid incremental volume to meet targets for 2026 and beyond.
• Standardize GF/BF build methodologies to create consistency across markets and enhance repeatability.
• Keep accurate program documentation and workflows updated within SiteTracker and related systems.
• Perform additional duties as necessary to support the business and its evolving needs.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in the telecommunications sector, including fiber planning, engineering, permitting, or construction.
• Comprehensive understanding of the fiber build lifecycle and network readiness.
• Familiarity with permitting processes and coordination with third-party utilities.
• Experience in managing operational backlogs and converting high-volume work queues into structured execution paths.
• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability within cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to link detailed operational data to wider program outcomes.
• Effective communicator who can simplify complex concepts and influence both technical and operational teams.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and a proven track record of managing competing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and program tracking tools.
