This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the engagement pipeline.

• Oversee engagements from intake to delivered readout, prioritizing each based on business needs.

• Maintain an up-to-date overview of the pipeline – including what is in progress, what is next in line, and the expected delivery timeline for each engagement.

• Keep the program on track at scale, ensuring seamless workflow through all stages without delays.

• Maintain accurate, real-time updates on every active engagement and monitor progress against target deadlines.

• Proactively identify engagements that are at risk of delay and coordinate with the appropriate teams to keep them on schedule.

• Act as the definitive source of information regarding the status and requirements of each engagement to facilitate progress.

• Provide leadership with consistent and accurate insights into throughput, cycle times, and the overall health of the pipeline.

• Establish and preserve the KPIs that reflect the program's performance.

• Ensure program data remains accurate and reliable within the system of record.

• As you gain familiarity with the program, identify opportunities to streamline processes, minimize manual tasks, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with leadership and development teams on reporting, dashboards, and automation as the program expands.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in program and project management, including planning, execution, governance, and risk management.

• A proven history of managing high-volume pipelines or portfolios with multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Strong skills in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

• Experience in status reporting, KPI design, and providing program-level visibility.

• Proficient in Salesforce or a similar CRM for tracking and reporting purposes.

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with executives.

• Experience in process documentation and workflow design, with a focus on automation.

• Highly organized and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced environment while continuously improving processes.

• Formal training or certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
