This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee program workstreams to guarantee the timely and efficient completion of interconnected project tasks.
• Create, execute, and sustain project plans and tools.
• Relay program and individual project updates to clients and/or internal stakeholders.
• Monitor, prepare, and deliver both internal and client-facing reports and presentations.
• Raise suggested adjustments to program/project scope and convey approved alterations to stakeholders.
• Internally highlight program risk issues related to project timelines and activities.
• Provision, manage, and uphold program and interconnected project management documentation and associated tools.
• Assist in enhancing EFI best practices, project tools, and overall process enhancements.
• Facilitate the implementation, adoption, and utilization of new tools, processes, and technologies.
• Diligently track and record project billing hours and budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• A minimum of 7+ years of relevant project management experience within the credit union, banking, payments, or related vendor sectors.
• Proficiency in project/program management, ideally related to vendor and system assessments and selections.
• Experience in working with solutions that involve enterprise-grade software applications and project management tasks.
• Project Management Professional Certification is preferred.
• Technical skills in Smartsheet, HubSpot, resource management and tracking applications, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, and the capability to learn additional software programs.
