This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Oversee the implementation of the Tier 1 program from onboarding to close-out.
• Act as the main contact for participants in Tier 1 and Tier 2.
• Create and implement detailed plans for program execution.
• Monitor participant advancement throughout various project phases.
• Recognize trends, risks, and areas that require escalation.
• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for Tier 2 program participants.
• Collaborate with state legal teams and E&P trainers.
• Assist state leads in effectively conducting field training sessions.
• Integrate NLA values into every facet of project management.
• Supervise coaches who support Tier 2 participants.
• Facilitate learning environments for coaches.
• Coordinate and assist both internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote stakeholder engagement through regular check-ins.
• Develop and maintain standardized templates and tools.
• Create and manage comprehensive project plans.
• Identify, implement, and enhance systems and tools.
• Ensure high standards of data hygiene.
• Maintain the ongoing use of evaluation tools for all E&P training sessions.
• Collect feedback from participating organizations to facilitate program improvements.
• Collaboratively test and refine long-term processes.
• Strong alignment with NLA’s vision and core organizational values.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in program management within movement-building organizations.
• Experience with multi-entity and/or state-based movement organizations, including 501(c)(3)s, 501(c)(4)s, political campaigns, and/or PACs.
• Exceptional and verifiable project management abilities.
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Experience in designing and maintaining processes and systems using collaborative tools like Asana, Airtable, and Google Suite.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
• Proactive problem-solving aptitude.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
