Program Manager, Emerging Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and drive the execution of various initiatives, pilot projects, and early-stage programs.

• Convert high-level concepts into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables.

• Create and maintain program roadmaps that specify ownership and milestones.

• Facilitate working sessions, project meetings, and regular team check-ins.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations.

• Ensure effective communication and alignment across teams to advance initiatives.

• Document key decisions, risks, and action items arising from meetings.

• Monitor milestones, dependencies, and timelines throughout programs.

• Follow up on commitments to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Identify and promptly escalate any blockers.

• Assist in developing workflows, intake processes, and overall program structures.

• Support the transition of pilot projects into scalable and repeatable programs.

• Contribute to reporting, summaries, and overall program visibility.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• 4–6+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or a related field.

• Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects from inception to execution.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation software.

• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.

• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments is preferred.

• Previous collaboration with product and engineering teams is preferred.

• Exposure to early-stage programs, pilot initiatives, or MVPs is preferred.
