This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Overseeing and enhancing the fulfillment process.
• Ensuring effective program management at scale by successfully delivering sponsorship agreements.
• Delivering outstanding client service.
• Creating a clear, strategic plan and timeline to execute in accordance with contract stipulations.
• Coordinating with external sponsors to gather logos, digital advertisements, panelist information, and various contracted materials.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and product owners for effective inventory management.
• Compiling and sharing program metrics upon the completion of the program.
• Working closely with sales, marketing, content delivery, and other departments.
• At least 5 years of experience in program management, sales fulfillment, client success, marketing, or related fields.
• Advanced Program Management Skills: encompassing planning, organization, prioritization, risk and stakeholder management, and critical thinking.
• Strong capability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data, recognizing trends, and implementing effective solutions to enhance processes.
• Marketing/Design Skills: Preferred experience in creating captivating reports and storytelling presentations.
• Proficiency with Digital Tools: including but not limited to CRM systems, digital program/project management tools (bonus points for familiarity with ClickUp!), and digital analytics platforms (like Google Analytics, Chartbeat, etc.).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for building and sustaining strong client relationships.
• Adaptability and Conflict Resolution Skills: Ability to adjust to changing situations and resolve issues in a manner that benefits all parties involved.
• Collaboration and Empathy: Strong interpersonal skills that encompass understanding customer needs and advocating for their satisfaction and success, along with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across various departments.
• Knowledge and experience are prioritized. College education may be considered alongside direct experience.
