This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee multiple Data Center Construction Project Managers.
• Establish and uphold program-wide standards for project execution, reporting, and controls.
• Offer guidance on risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Act as an escalation point for issues concerning scope, cost, schedule, quality, or safety.
• Manage a portfolio of data center construction projects through structured Project Manager reporting.
• Review project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and change management throughout the program.
• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives, delivery milestones, and financial targets.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints across projects and drive mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical oversight and strategic guidance for telecommunications and low-voltage systems in data center construction projects.
• Ensure consistent design and installation standards for structured cabling systems (copper and fiber).
• Support testing, certification, labeling, and documentation requirements for telecom systems.
• Enforce site safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote consistent quality management practices and conduct periodic project audits.
• Serve as the senior construction representative for internal leadership and key external partners.
• Prepare and present executive-level program status reports.
• Coach and develop Project Managers to enhance performance and technical capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 10 years of experience in construction management.
• At least 5 years of construction management experience specifically in data center or mission-critical facility environments.
• Minimum of 5 years in people management or program leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and mission-critical infrastructure.
• Proficiency in construction and program management tools (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
• Professional certifications (PMP, CCM, PE, LEED, RCDD) are preferred.
• Experience leading programs in hyperscale or colocation data center settings.
• Familiarity with commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and Tier III/IV standards.
