This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing numerous high-profile projects by applying agile best practices, ensuring alignment among internal teams such as sales and delivery, as well as key customer stakeholders.
• Take ownership and drive the success of projects for phData’s most significant and strategic customers.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with the internal sales and delivery teams to enhance overall customer success.
• Recognize opportunities to expand phData services within current customer accounts.
• Accountable for managing project risks and customer escalations, ensuring resolution by collaborating closely with both delivery and sales teams.
• Mentor and nurture a team of top-tier consultants equipped with advanced technical skills.
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational, time management, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
• Facilitate and coordinate innovation sessions and/or onsite visits.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of each customer's account history.
• Responsible for ensuring overall delivery excellence across all projects.
• Manage complex financials related to the project portfolio.
• Over 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, including the management of customer relationships, timelines, scopes, budgets, and resources (specifically architects and engineers involved in custom software development projects).
• Proven track record of effectively managing multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining a billable utilization rate of 85% or higher.
• Strong background in managing data, AI, and analytics projects.
• Direct client-facing experience within a consulting or professional services organization is essential.
• Practical experience as a Portfolio/Program Manager with proficiency in Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of Waterfall project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Microsoft Office Products (Excel), along with skills in technical documentation writing.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to manage status updates and ongoing communication at the executive level.
• Capacity to manage competing priorities and the ability to self-direct in prioritizing tasks.
• Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking.
• A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related technical field is preferred.
• PMP and CSM certifications are highly preferred.
