Program Manager – C&P Strategy and Business Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and implementation of strategic operational initiatives

• Establish work plans, key achievements, governance frameworks, and metrics for success

• Create and sustain program documentation that is clear and accessible to others

• Develop materials suitable for executive-level presentations

• Foster alignment among cross-functional stakeholders

• Record existing processes and identify gaps and inefficiencies

• Create and execute enhanced workflows, approval systems, and operational rhythms

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in program management, strategy and operations, or business operations within a large, matrixed organization

• Proven capability to independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives

• Strong foundation in program and project management principles

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential

• Strong analytical abilities and comfort in working with incomplete or imperfect data

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels

• Good judgment, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to advance initiatives when not all details are defined.
