Program Manager – Consumer Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in executing strategic initiatives for stock management operations, ensuring that processes align with PMI brand sales, distribution contracts, and client-defined monthly targets.

• Collaborate with Field, Operations, and Training team leaders during program implementation.

• Create and oversee program timelines, initiating the critical path and taking necessary actions to keep projects and teams aligned.

• Directly oversee the performance of City Manager(s)/Area Manager(s) across all market channels, establishing clear accountability frameworks for execution and outcomes.

• Partner with the Director of Field Services to facilitate onboarding and training for new hires, coordinating cross-functional resources to ensure teams achieve success swiftly and effectively across all channels.

• Manage scalable onboarding processes to support uniform program launches across different markets, including inventory load-in and operational readiness.

• Collaborate with Directors across various campaigns, programs, and projects to ensure all elements are delivered on time, within budget, and at a high quality.

• Supervise HEETS selling unit placement, setup, and visual merchandising execution, ensuring compliance with brand standards and approved layouts.

• Ensure education and enablement of LANU staff and management, facilitating effective execution of sales programs and venue staff referral initiatives.

• Maintain accountability for contract compliance by implementing audit frameworks, monitoring adherence, and driving necessary corrective actions.

• Oversee inventory operations from start to finish, including SAP-based tracking, reconciliation, trend analysis, replenishment strategies, and stock continuity across all contracted outlets, ensuring alignment with GMP documentation and client-defined goals.

• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to manage order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and timely product delivery in accordance with sales and distribution contracts.

• Analyze performance reporting with Director(s) and City Manager(s)/Area Manager(s) across all frequencies (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) for both client and internal stakeholders, ensuring precision, clarity, and actionable insights.

• Ensure program execution meets established objectives, timelines, and organizational standards through effective communication and consistent leadership oversight.

• Support Director(s) in status meetings with clients and the internal back-office team, including developing analyses and actionable insights, setting agendas, taking meeting notes, and tracking follow-ups.

• Build strong client relationships through regular communication, strategic discussions, and clear communication of the agency’s full range of services.

• Additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant marketing field (brand, c-store, consumer activation, or field marketing).

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience managing operations across multiple sites or markets is required.

• Agency experience is preferred, with hands-on expertise in back-office/client service.

• Proven ability to support client delivery, enhance operational efficiency, and collaborate across internal teams in operations and account management.

• Familiarity with relevant local, state, and national regulatory and legal guidelines concerning tobacco consumption.

• Knowledge of PMI guidelines regarding marketing to LANU consumers.

• Ability to comprehend and adhere to all state and local regulations related to purchasing, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management across each state.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Exceptional time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.

• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
