This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
β’ Oversee the comprehensive execution of digital community initiatives (e.g., Community Live, User Groups, etc.), ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and quality benchmarks are consistently achieved.
β’ Manage all execution aspects meticulously, including program calendars, session preparation, speaker coordination, registration setup, and promotional timelines.
β’ Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, taking necessary actions to keep programs on schedule.
β’ Ensure that content reaches the appropriate customer segments (Decision Makers, Administrators, End Users) at the right lifecycle stage.
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally to implement promotional campaigns that enhance awareness, registration, and engagement.
β’ Monitor, analyze, and report on program performance (e.g., registration, attendance, engagement, CSAT), utilizing insights to drive improvements.
β’ Identify opportunities to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and scale program delivery.
β’ Take on additional responsibilities and support related initiatives as needed, including lifecycle automation and omni-channel customer engagement programs.
β’ Adapt swiftly to shifting priorities and regional demands, ensuring consistent global execution.
β’ Propose ideas, challenge existing practices, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of programs and processes.
β’ Work collaboratively with global teams across various regions and time zones to ensure seamless program execution and a uniform customer experience; adaptability to align with U.S. working hours as necessary.
β’ Demonstrated experience in program management, project management, or the execution of digital/customer-facing programs.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong organizational capabilities.
β’ Proactive, self-motivated mindset with a strong inclination towards action and ownership.
β’ Inquisitive and solutions-focused, with a readiness to learn swiftly and pursue continuous improvement.
