Program Manager, Community

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Scale the Airtable Builder Crews (User Groups).

• Assist in the expansion of Airtable's Builder Crews program as we transition from mainly virtual interactions to community-driven, in-person experiences.

• Foster Community Engagement.

• Create valuable opportunities for customers to learn from each other and strengthen their connection with Airtable.

• Enhance Community Operations.

• Establish the operational framework necessary to support a growing array of programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in community management, customer programs, customer education, operations, or related fields.

• Proven experience in building and scaling community programs, including user groups, ambassador programs, advocacy initiatives, or community-led events.

• An AI-native operator mindset with a demonstrated history of utilizing AI to plan, create, analyze, automate, and execute tasks.

• Strong program management and operational capabilities, including the ability to oversee multiple initiatives at once, develop scalable processes, and drive projects from conception to execution.

• Excellent written communication and community engagement abilities.

• Comfortable collaborating across functions with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Education, and other stakeholders.

• Analytical and data-driven, with experience in measuring program performance and leveraging insights to inform decisions and investments.
