This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of the clinician onboarding process and lead end-user training programs for all implementations.
• Conduct monthly updates on training in alignment with Abridge's product release schedule, ensuring all content updates are finalized by each GA date.
• Create and enhance the onboarding strategy customized for clinician roles and their stages in the customer journey.
• Address and manage incoming training requests from the wider team, making sure that PX has the necessary resources when required.
• Collaborate with the Partner Experience team to develop scalable, personalized resource models that cater to partner needs, minimize partner effort, and enhance clinician ramp-up times.
• Coordinate efforts among Clinical Success, Product, PMM, and Implementation teams to ensure comprehensive coverage during releases.
• Design and uphold a thorough curriculum for clinician training across various formats (e.g., live, virtual, and self-service).
• Ensure that all content remains current, clinically relevant, and aligned with the evolving product functionalities and customer workflows.
• Work cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Operations to uphold content accuracy and coherence.
• Oversee and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including SOP documentation, learning path configuration, partner-specific pages, and engagement reporting.
• Develop partner-specific LMS pages featuring suitable branding, learning pathways by care setting, and product configuration.
• Create scalable materials and tools that lessen the burden on partner-facing teams over time.
• Collaborate with Implementation teams to update LMS onboarding and secure the appropriate Engineering support for SSO configuration and large-scale provisioning.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback loops, engagement metrics, and adoption outcomes; report regularly to PX leadership.
• Refine the training model as Abridge grows, aiming to enhance clinician satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Over 4 years of experience in clinician training, learning & development, or a similar enablement role — preferably in health tech or clinical education.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end content production across live, recorded, and self-service formats.
• Experience with the implementation or administration of a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong project management skills — capable of maintaining a monthly cadence, juggling competing requests, and ensuring a current module library without oversight.
• High standards for content quality, brand consistency, and clinician-appropriate communication.
• Proficient in working cross-functionally with Product, PMM, Clinical, and Operations stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster trust with both internal teams and partner organizations.
