Program Manager, Clinical Supplies Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Act as the manager for Clinical Supply Project Managers or function as an individual contributor overseeing crucial pipeline studies.

• Collaborate with Clinical Supply Project Managers to ensure uniformity in study setup and ongoing maintenance.

• Assess process efficiency and the quality of project outcomes delivered by Clinical Supply Project Managers.

• Engage globally and across functions to provide cost-effective study management while achieving high-quality results.

• Spearhead the creation of new processes to guarantee compliance within Clinical Supplies Project Management.

• Participate in significant cross-functional improvement projects aimed at enhancing agility and compliance throughout AbbVie R&D.

• Analyze challenges and propose solutions with a global viewpoint.

• Serve as a representative for Clinical Supplies Project Management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, coupled with typically 14+ years of experience in the relevant field or scientific discipline.

• Master's degree or equivalent education, with typically 12+ years of experience in the relevant field or scientific discipline.

• Doctorate degree with typically 6+ years of experience in the relevant field or scientific discipline.

• Significant experience in clinical supplies project management or a related scientific discipline.

• Capability to operate globally and across various functions.

• Familiarity with compliant clinical supplies project management processes.
